This is a really easy salad and really colourful for Tu B’Shevat. As you can see it used 5 fruits and one nut, you could add more of course, The Yogurt dressing is nice and light
4 large oranges
2 grapefruit (pink if poss)
2 Avocado
Small pineapple
Small tub plain yogurt
Tsp of honey
½ cup desiccated coconut
½ cup slivered almonds
Peel the fruit and avocado and cut into bite sized pieces put in a bowl
Stir in the coconut and almonds
Mix honey and yogurt pour over fruit
Serve chilled.
