NOTE
If you try to convert exactly you will have a minefield.
100g is actually 3½ ounces.
So you will see my recipe quantities do not always exactly correlate between metric and imperial - but as long as you don’t mix the measurements they work.
Remember a British pint is 20fl oz but an American one is 16fl oz
